Frequently Asked Questions

What Payment do you accept? I accept Cash, Check, Zelle & my own Gift Cards. I also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. With credit cards, please note there is a 3% service fee. Venmo is also accepted with a 2% service fee.

What is your cancellation policy? Please allow 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. A 50% charge will be added for appointments canceled with less then 24 hours notice. I understand that things happen, but please let me know ASAP so I can offer your appointment time to someone else who is looking to be pampered. If you are more then 10 minutes late, your appointment will be shortened or rescheduled.

Can I bring animals? We love animals, but unfortunately we can not have pets in the salon unless they are service animals.

Do you Guarantee your work? I estimate gel polish and hard gel to last approximately 2 weeks. Some clients need a fill sooner and I have some that can go up to 4 weeks depending on your lifestyle, products you use and genetics. Natural manicures with polish can last a few days to a week for nails, and approximately 4 weeks for nail polish on toes. If you break a nail, I will be happy to fix it within the first week with no charge.

How do you clean your implements? We take extreme care to keep our salon clean and up to state board standards. My reusable tools are scrubbed with soap and hot water and immersed into a hospital grade disinfectant until sanitized. If they are single use items, I offer my clients to take them home or I seal them into a plastic bag and use them only for that client next time. Our pedicure bowls are scrubbed with soap and water and then disinfected with a hospital grade disinfectant after every use. At the end of the day and the end of the week they are sanitized again.
